Event description:
The Black at Yale exhibition showcases visual art from students studying in the Yale School of Art MFA and undergraduate programs. On campus and in the world, black people experience hypervisibility for their creation while simultaneously being flattened into expectations of blackness. Black at Yale is an exhibit that seeks to expand representational space and showcase the current work of graduate and undergraduate black students.
Refreshments will be provided. The art gallery is located on the second floor of the Af Am House.
