Voices of Hope & Resistance: Poetry Slam & Open Mic

Raise your voices in the face of social injustice! Held at the same time as Busboys & Poets’ Peace Ball, a nonpartisan event in D.C. that will “celebrate the accomplishments and successes of the past four years and the vow to continue to be the change we want to see in the world,” this open mic will offer a space for anyone to share their poetry and artistic expression as we build intercultural solidarity and resilience together.
