What: Guided meditation facilitated for and by people of color
For Whom: All Yale POC* Grads, Undergrads and Post Docs; both beginners and seasoned sitters
Why: To create space, ground yourself, share, reflect, recoup, celebrate, find each other.
*this term isn’t perfect; we hope to gather those who identify as color/have personal or collective cultural experience of racial marginalization, regardless of their presentation
