Dear House Members,
I'm happy to announce that The Afro-American Cultural Center Achievement Awards (AACColades) is coming back. Traditionally, the awards are presented to outstanding African, Afro-Caribbean and African American freshman, sophomores and juniors who have realized outstanding scholastic achievement, or exceptional accomplishments in numerous fields. This year, we plan on making it an event for those of us staying at Yale for another year to celebrate the ending of the academic year together.
We are looking for 2-3 people from each class (2016, 2017, 2018) to be on the committee for this event. If you or someone you know might be interested, please email andrew.williams@yale.edu for more info.
