Are you interested in helping solve our government’s toughest challenges? Are you passionate about public service? Do you want to develop valuable business skills before you leave Yale?

If you answered yes, then consider participating in Deloitte Consulting’s second annual Yale Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Case Competition! During the event, teams of four to five students will design solutions for a case on the topic of diversity and inclusion and present their recommendations to a panel of Deloitte judges. While the client will be fictional, the challenges that you are asked to tackle will mirror those our clients face every day. Teams will be paired with Deloitte practitioner coaches, many of them recent Yale graduateswho will provide guidance along the way and be on-campus for the competition. Following team presentations, a panel of Yale and Deloitte speakers will discuss diversity and inclusion on campus, in the federal government, and in Deloitte’s business.

Please feel free to reach out to Taylor Valentine, Trumbull ’15 (tavalentine@deloitte.com), or Chris Melendez, Stiles ’15 (cmelendez@deloitte.com), if you have any questions about the competition or Deloitte more generally.D
