Dear students:

A team of consultants visited Yale in November 2014 to help the senior administration consider the work of the four cultural centers in light of students’ changing needs, and to offer suggestions for strengthening that work now and for the future.

After meeting with students, faculty, administrators, staff, and many alumni, the consultants reported their findings and recommendations, which are now available for download, along with questions we have already received about them.

Although many of you have already provided thoughts and suggestions about the centers, we hope to have the benefit of your continued engagement. We have therefore scheduled conversations for the community to discuss the committee’s findings and recommendations. These town-hall meetings will be held in LC 102 on the following dates and times:

Sunday, February 15, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, February 17, 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

You are welcome to attend either meeting, or both. If you are unable to attend, however, feel free to provide your comments by clicking here.

We thank those of you who have already shared your thoughts and ideas about the centers, and we look forward to hearing more from you. By participating in this important process, both previously and in the days to come, you provide invaluable information that shapes the role our cultural centers play on campus.

Sincerely yours,

Jonathan Holloway
